The hour long session is perfect as an introduction treatment or if you are a regular and need a shorter maintenance session.
The hour and a half session is for those who know they need more time to truly relax and desire more massage time. This session can include lymphatic drainage, longer sculpting massage and/or more muscle massage time focused on trouble areas.
