Come workout with me!

Strength Foundations is a beginner-friendly strength class at Wellness Collective Studios!

We’ll use bodyweight, bands, and light dumbbells to work through functional movements like squats, bridges, rows, and core work. It’s perfect if you’re new to strength training, getting back into exercise, or just want an effective workout in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

Class Times:
Tuesday at 6:45pm
Thursday at 9:00am
